The French Asylum VFW Post #6072 will be hosting a Benefit BBQ for Linda Bouse starting at 11:00am. 12th Annual 15th District American Legion Family Fundraiser
Location: Bowling Alley Rd in Wyalusing, Pa
The 12th Annual 15th District American Legion Family Fundraiser will take place on Bowling Alley Rd in Wyalusing from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Everyone’s invited to enjoy the Car, Truck, and Tractor show, plus other drawings, food, vendors, and music. All proceeds help benefit the Homeless Veterans Corporation of PA.
A Reading of The Declaration of Independence
Location: Gazebo on Davison Green in Troy, Pa
Join your neighbors as they come together to read The Declaration of Independence on the day the final signature was obtained – August 2 at Noon.
All community members are invited to sign a special document, renewing and reaffirming our commitment to the principles of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. The Document with new signatures will be displayed at the Allen F. Pierce Library before being placed in the Historical Society.

Annual Classic Car Show
Location: Downtown Canton, Pa
The Canton Lions Club will present the Annual Classic Car Show in downtown Canton, Pa starting from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Prizes for the cars voted best in show and there will be food provided by various groups in Canton.
Celebrate Freedom Concert
Location: Troy Sale Barn, Troy Pa
There will be a free concert at the Troy Sale Barn to “Celebrate Freedom” starting at 7:00pm. This concert is being hosted by the Grover Church of Christ and Sylvania Lions Club. There will be fellowship and refreshments to follow.

One-Day Vacation Bible School
Location: 227 Old Route 6, Towanda, Pa
Towanda Ministry Association presents a one-day vacation bible school at the Tommy Fairchild Riverfront Park. Registration begins at 9:30am with the event running from 10am to 3pm. Lunch will be provided. Games, scripture, crafts, fire truck, and ice cream is what we have in store for this event that is open to all children ages 5-12 years old. Annual Bradford County Youth Field Day
Location: Granville Summit, pa
The Leroy Sportsman’s Association grounds in Granville Summit, Pa from 8:00am to 4:00pm. This event is for area youths ages 8-14. Visit the Leroy Sportsman Association Facebook page for more information on how to register and events included in the day.
The Wings of Sound Music Festival
Location: Wyoming County Fairgrounds
The Wings of Sound Music Festival will be taking place at the Wyoming County Fairgrounds. Tickets are $20 pre-sale and $25 at the gate. The day will feature 5 live music acts along with basket raffles, food trucks, and more. Proceeds from the event will be donated to Memorial Scholarships in memory of Ashley and Avery Roehrig.

The Williamson Branch Gospel Concert
Location: The Green in East Smithfield, Pa
The gospel/bluegrass family band “The Williamson Branch” is returning to share the gospel message at a Concert on the Green in East Smithfield, Pa at 6:00pm. Bring a lawn chair. In case of inclement weather, the concert will be held in the Federated Church sanctuary. A love offering will be received to benefit the group.
